JTS Coaching was not born from ambition — it was born from collapse.

After a severe burnout, I was forced to face a truth I had been avoiding for years:
my life looked successful on the outside, but it was built on disconnection and denial.

Not long after, I voluntarily donated part of my liver to save a young boy suffering from liver failure.
That experience stripped everything down to what actually matters.
There was no identity to hide behind. No performance. No illusion.

In that space, it became clear: the life I was living was no longer honest.
So I walked away from a career in banking — not because it failed, but because I did if I stayed.

JTS Coaching exists because transformation is not theoretical.
It is lived. It is chosen. And it always demands responsibility.

I don’t coach from concepts.
I coach from experience — and from the decision to never build a life on a lie again.

JTS Coaching — Step by Step

Step 1: You Come Prepared
You don’t come to explain your story.
You come to take responsibility for where you are — without decoration or excuses.


Step 2: Radical Honesty
From the first minute, the conversation is direct.
No politeness, no coaching language — only what is true.

You will be asked questions that expose:

  • contradictions

  • avoidance

  • unconscious self-sabotage


Step 3: The Mirror
You are confronted with what you cannot see yourself.
Not to judge you — but to remove the lies you’ve been using to stay comfortable.
